Due to overwhelming demand on the postal service and all shipping carriers we are experiencing unusual shipping delays.
Ship times may go outside of the "guaranteed window" as noted by the shipping carrier.
Sometimes tracking will say the item has been "delivered" but the item hasn't.
Please understand that we have no control over this and we cannot file a claim with USPS, UPS, or FedEx when orders are marked as "delivered". When this happens we are requesting that customers please wait up to 10 business days before reaching out to us at email@example.com and we're happy to ship out a replacement. Often packages will just show up unexpectedly.
Because of the inconsistency of shipping carriers right now we cannot guarantee any shipping time frames or provide rush orders.
