WHEN DO YOU RELEASE YOUR NEW DATED PLANNERS?
We have two versions of our 13 month dated planner that we release each year:
Academic year planner release: May
- planner starts in July and runs through the end of July of the following year
Standard calendar year planner release: August
- planner starts in December and runs through the end of December of the following year
We also offer open dated planners where you can write in your own dates as you go. Open dated planners are offered year round.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All in stock items require 5 business days processing + shipping time (unless otherwise noted). All domestic orders weighing under 13 oz. will be shipped USPS First Class which can take 3-5 business days. Domestic orders weighing 1 lb or more will ship via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified and will generally take up to 3 business days according to their standards.
*NOTE* Due to unprecedented demand on shipping carriers caused by the pandemic please allow more time for shipments to be in transit. Neither USPS and UPS are able to guarantee their shipping windows at this time.
Please reach out *BEFORE* placing an order if you have a shipping carrier preference. If you need get in touch about the shipping carrier after placing an order please contact us at email@example.com and include your order# so we can try and accommodate.
All orders that are listed as a PREORDER will ship by the date specified. Please know that when you order an item listed as a PREORDER all items in your order will ship together by the date specified.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase please message us within 10 days of your order delivery. All inquiries can be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to address the issue. If an exchange isn't desired then we will gladly process a refund.
After we have had a chance to discuss the details of your refund or exchange, we ask that you ship the item(s) back before the refund is processed.
MY ORDER SAYS IT WAS 'DELIVERED' BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVE IT. CAN I GET A REFUND OR A REPLACEMENT?
Sometimes weird things happen when the post office delivers goods. Please check with your neighbors, or any hidden place that your postal worker may have left your package. We ask that you also wait up to a week after the package is marked as 'delivered' because often postal workers will bring the package the following day. If after a week your order still has not shown up please reach out to us and we will work on sending you a replacement.
I'M STILL WAITING ON MY INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT TO ARRIVE. WHEN CAN I EXPECT IT?
We currently use the United States Post Office to ship the majority of our orders. This is the most affordable for customers and is usually very reliable. However, we can't control or account for packages once it leave the US. The package is then handed over to the postal service of that country and is at their discretion.
If you haven't received your package after 1 month we suggest getting in touch with your local post office branch to see if they have it there or to see if it's in customs. Because every country is different and has its own set of unique customs specifications we are not responsible for tracking down your package once it leaves the US.
WHO MAKES YOUR PLANNERS AND JOURNALS?
The Rainbow Vision designs all products in house and works with a US based printer and book binder to create all of our planners, journals, and notebooks. Due to the sanctity of proprietary information we do not disclose important vendor information.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM LOGO WORK?
At this time I am not taking on any custom logo projects.
WHAT ABOUT ANOTHER CUSTOM DESIGN?
